• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Radan Crackers. • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase firecrackers in your state/region. • Firecrackers must be used responsibly, in accordance with local laws and regulations. • Radan Crackers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute out-of-stock items with products of equal or higher value and similar function, with prior intimation via WhatsApp. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders already confirmed will not be affected by price changes.

• You place your order on our website and receive an order number. Your order amount and payment details (UPI QR and bank transfer information) are available immediately on your order receipt. • Accepted payment methods: UPI or bank transfer. Please pay the order amount in one payment. • Displaying or scanning the payment QR code does not mark an order as paid. After paying, please send your payment screenshot or UTR on WhatsApp; your payment is marked as received only after our team verifies it. • We do not accept cash on delivery for online orders. • Radan Crackers reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud. Full refund will be issued in such cases. • A minimum order value of ₹2,999 applies. Your cart and checkout show this before you can place an order.

• Radan Crackers does not calculate or collect freight/delivery charges as part of your order payment. Any delivery or parcel charges, if applicable, are separate from your order amount and are your responsibility at the time of delivery. • Any delivery timeline we share is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, transport delays, public holidays). • Tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. • Radan Crackers is not liable for delays caused by the courier/transport partner, natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.

• Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible by contacting us on WhatsApp at +919786706299. • Orders that have already been processed, packed, dispatched, or otherwise committed for fulfilment may not be eligible for cancellation. • Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. • If Radan Crackers cancels an order due to stock unavailability or any other reason on our end, a full refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of firecracker products and safety regulations, we do not accept returns after the order has been delivered. Cancellation before dispatch: • Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible by contacting us on WhatsApp at +919786706299. Orders already processed or packed for fulfilment may not be eligible for cancellation. • Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. After dispatch: • Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once dispatched. • Orders are prepared for dispatch only after payment is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

• Firecrackers sold by Radan Crackers are intended for use in accordance with Indian law and the applicable safety standards. • Firecrackers must be used strictly in accordance with the Supreme Court of India's guidelines, including noise limits (125 dB) and timing restrictions as per your local state government regulations. Timing rules vary by state — please check with your local authorities before bursting crackers. • Radan Crackers is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or legal issues arising from the misuse or improper use of our products. • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe and legal use of all purchased products.

• All content on radancrackers.com including text, images, logos, design, and code is the intellectual property of Radan Crackers. • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. • Product images from manufacturers are used with their permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Radan Crackers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. • Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. • Radan Crackers is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper storage, or handling of fireworks by the customer.
